Annotatsiya

Известно, что местный иммунитет может быть выделен в особую защитную систему, что связано с локальным синтезом факторов местной защиты и реализацией их действия в непосредственной близости от тех поверхностей, которые они защищают. В ряде случаев исследование материала из очага поражения в большей степени отражает состояние локальной иммунной защиты, чем исследование периферической крови, являясь более информативным в иммунодиагностическом плане [9].
