Influence of mexidol on blood rheology in the complex treatment of moderately severe chronic periodontitis

Annotatsiya

Programming of any sickness is accompanied by structural-functional changes of regular blood elements. Special interest should be paid to erythrocytes, membranes of which are the models of plasma membranes molecular organization. Conducted treatment has shown positive impact on morphological composition of erythrocytes. Recovery effectiveness of morphological composition of erythrocytes is determined by the type of conducted treatment. Maximum effectiveness of normalization of erythrocytes disturbance which has degenerated character as well as lowering quantity of degenerated and transformed forms of erythrocytes reflected in systematic and jointly local usage laser and antioxidant therapy of Mexidol medication.
