45 people at the age of 20-70 years divided into 3 groups were examined - 1 group was made by patients with an edentia without obesity, the 2nd group patients with an edentia with obesity and the 3rd group - almost healthy people at whom integrity of tooth alignments was kept entered. Intensity of course of processes the POL in oral liquid of patients was connected with somatic pathology, i.e. with obesity. Most expressed shift of prooxidant-antioxidant balance in oral liquid of patients with an edentia towards the pro-oxidatic direction was registered at patients with obesity. The received results testify that at patients with an edentia essential violations of indicators of oxidizing and anti-oxidizing system in the oral cavities confirming development in them secondary violations which the reparativnykh of processes can lead to deterioration are observed, complicate adaptation at different types of prosthetics.
