The influence of somatic pathology on clinical course and manifestation of lichen planus of oral cavity has been studied during the research. 139 patients with lichen planus of oral mucosa were observed. By clinical evidence typical form of the disease was diagnosed at 36 patients (25,9%), exudative and hyperemic form was at 34 patients (24,4%), erosive and ulcerous form was at 42 patients (30,22%) and bullous form was at 27 patients (19,42%). Presence of high frequency of somatic diseases at patients with clinical course varieties of lichen planus permits to suppose that pathogenetic mechanisms manifesting by dyscrasia of body systems take part in local manifestations of lichen planus on oral mucosa.
