The aim was to study the parameters of the physical development of healthy boys in a comparative aspect under the age of 8 years. It was found that the height of children increased by 1.67 times. The highest growth rate was observed at 5 and 7 years old, and the smallest at 4 and 6 years old. In the early period of childhood, changes were noted in the cervical and lumbar regions, and in the second period of childhood, changes in the thoracic and sacral regions of the spinal column were more pronounced. The studied parameters of physical development and the spinal column of healthy boys under 8 years old are recommended as a national standard for children in our region. It has been proven that the length of the thoracic spine is more than half of the total length of the spinal column; of all the spine, the thoracic part in the first year of life and in subsequent years up to 4 years of age increased at a high rate, this is due to the growth and development of the organs of the thoracic cavity and their functions.
