Authors had been lead stomatologic inspection of 505 children 6-14 years visiting school educational establishment of Tashkent. Results of inspection of children and their analysis has shown. that not erased cusp primary canines meet more often, than other pathologies of a primary bite and are certain at 20.6 % of children from the general number by us surveyed. Infringement of erasability of time primary canines is contributing factor of formation of secondary deformations dental of some at children in the period of a interchange bite. Role infringement of physiological erasability of the deciduous teeth in formation secondary deformations of denta lines at children.
