In this paper the experience with submucosal vasotomy as a method of treatment of bilateral chronic hypertrophic rhinitis in 35 patients. We describe a technique of anesthesia and surgical technique. The analysis of the results of different surgical options, the causes of complications. The authors conclude that the technique described in the article vasotomy submucosa, is more effective in chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.
