Summan: The problems of the objective study of the nasal breathing impairment in patients with fractures of the nasal bones have been presented. The authors demonstrated the results of examination and surgical treatment of patients with deformation of the external nose. 38 patients were under the observation. Among examined patients with deformation of the external nose, changes have been mentioned in the intranasal structure m the form of nasal septum curvature, narrowing of nasal passages, hypotrophy of nasal conchae were noted Analyses of the results of the external nose septorhinoplasty and nasal septum operations have been carried out. Most frequent complications m the postoperative period, their prevention and elimination have been noted. Authentically best followup functional result after one-stage reconstruction of the nasal septum and pyramids of bones of the external nose have been received.
