Annotatsiya

The present workis based on theresults of the analysis examined and treated 4804 patients with purulent sinusitis for the period from 2012 to 2015 in City hospital № 5, out of which 9 patients had intracranial complications: 6 patients intracranial complications rhinogenous etiology, in 3-odontogenic etiology. Cause complications in 2 patients had acute, and at 7 -exacerbation of chronic sinusitis. Pansinusitfound in 3 individuals and gemisinusit at 4 monosinusit - at 2. Of these 1 patient intracranial complications combined with the orbital pathology. Of the 9 patients. 5 experienced meningitis, four of the patients with sepsis, one of whom was found intracellular infection.
