In order to reveal role of hereditary and secondary factors in etiology and pathogenesis of «Long Face Syndrome» (LFS) a complex research workcomprising exploration of genealogical tree of being studied was performed. On the grounds of investigation’s research role of heredity and obstructive diseases of upper airways in etiology and pathogenesis of «Long Face Syndrome» were determined.
