Disability of children with cerebral pathology occupies the first place in the structure of childhood disability by the neurological profile and its severity is caused by both motor, mental and speech disorders. The success of rehabilitation and teaching the child to domestic skills depends not only on the severity of the child`s central nervous system, but also on the timely diagnosis, the correct organization of the treatment process.
