Под наблюдением были 156 детей в возрасте от 6 месяцев до 15 лет, обратившихся за лечением по поводу герпетического стоматита. Для изучения взаимосвязи герпетического стоматита с патологией пери- и антенатального периода изучался анамнез развития ребенка. У детей с герпетическим стоматитом чаще встречалась патология прорезывания зубов, детские инфекции, патология ЛОР-органов. У них чаще регистрировалась патология желудочно-кишечного тракта. При этом дети с герпесвирусной инфекцией имеют не одно, а несколько соматических заболеваний. Выводы: перенесший герпетический стоматит ребенок нуждается в активных профилактических мероприятиях, направленных на устранение и ослабление факторов, провоцирующих развитие рецидивов, включающих диспансерное наблюдение у врача-педиатра или профильного специалиста.
