The condition of the oral cavity Is directly related to the age, health and economic status. Pathological and adaptive processes In the oral cavity In patients with severe somatic pathology have their own characteristics that adversely affect the results of dental treatment. Conducted studies on the mucosal microcirculation prosthetic bed toothless upper jaw In patients of the three groups In age from 50 to 86 years. In the prosthetic bed tissues significantly reduced the level ofmlcroclrculatlon. Identified mlcroclrculatory changes Increase with Increasing age.
