Prevalence and intensity of periodontol diseases have been studied in the sickness patients with gastroesophageal reflux. Enough high standart of inPammation of marginal gum have been showed by index value of the tissue state of periodontium. More high standart of inPammation was destructive strice and oral cavity hygiene was more decreased in the GRED patients. All the learned aged groups wilh GRED exceed control for sure (P-0.05) on the whole, the GRED group patients had PMA index equal to 50.62+ 2.44% against 30.44+1.26% in group of control. PI Indices were the same 4.32+0.515 against 2.44+0.11 (P-0.05) and hygienic index was -3.44+0.44+0.152.ogainst2.17+0.08 (P-0.05). Its in necessary to state the value of the parodontal risk for the patient with diagnosed or undiagnosed pathology of gastrointestinal track as well as GRED for the purpose of current.
