Functional systems that support optimal physiological parameters and provide the achievement of the useful result are aimed at satisfying the biological and social needs of the body.Functional systems are an important tool in understanding the laws of organization of processes of self-regulation of any type of adaptive activity of the organism and its violations. In case of human diseases, the analysis of the components of the functional system helps the doctor to carry out a search for the causes of the disease more effectively, its localization and severity, and then to investigate the ways to restore or compensate the violated function.
