If cysts are found in the maxillary sinus in a patient with bone insufficiency in the area of chewing teeth, before performing sinus-lifting surgery, the patient should undergo a cystectomy operation under the supervision of an ENT doctor. In this case, the patient will undergo two long-term operations, while it makes sense to consider performing these two operations simultaneously. Cystectomy surgery is more often performed under general anesthesia by an endonasal ENT doctor. We propose to cany out a sinus lift and a cystectomy at the same time under local anesthesia
