The article presents the analysis of own clinical trials, including the study of clinical and immunological parameters of the migraine course in children, based on the data obtained and analyzed. Analysis on the study of the CIC 3% -4% showed significantly higher values in comparision with the norm. Moreover, the highest values of the CIC are found in migraine with aura in children's groups. It should be said that the immunopathogenesis of migraine in children is still rether undeveloped. For the course of migraine in children is characterized by an imbalance in the content of the main humoral immunity factors. On the basis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the studies should be continued in this direction, especially since reliable results of the immunological analysis have been obtained, which must be compared with the clinical course of the disease.
