In this article, it is thought that ensuring religious tolerance and interethnic harmony in the new Uzbekistan has historical and legal grounds as an integral part of state policy, a solid legal basis for relations between the secular state and religion has been created, religious tolerance and harmonization of interethnic relations is an important factor for the future and sustainable development of representatives of the nation and Uzbekistan is distinguished from other countries by the fact that over the centuries it lives in constant peace and harmony with its humane and folk policy.
