The idea of a just society emerging in Uzbekistan and its history, which serves as the basis for the development of a free, democratic and civil society, is analyzed by the most ancient source on the history of the country "Avesta", and at the same time in the views of representatives of the medieval Renaissance, according to the theories of European enlighteners of the 17th-19th centuries. and in the appeals of Turkestan contemporaries to the youth. The article deals with the historical foundations of the problem of the socio-political participation of young people in the formation of civil society, which is one of the practical issues of modern history.
