The study covers the activities of Turkestan Council of People's Commissars in Turkestan in political and social spheres and their consequences, as well as the struggle for power in the Council of People's Commissars of Turkestan and Turkestan. Comparative analyzes and theoretical conclusions made in the dissertation will help to eradicate the "white stains" in domestic historiography and to more fully cover the complex history of our country. Its materials and scientific conclusions allow us to study the history of our country more deeply.
