The article considers political and legal doctrines that have passed the centuries-old development path, which today has again become outdated. The author pays attention to the development of teachings on the state and law, the primary interest in truly human problems in a variety of political and legal doctrines, which for the first time in history posed and in the spirit of the times solved the issue of legal equality of all people. The need to study state and law using a wide range of social sciences.
