A hundred years ago, on September 2, 1920, the capital of the Bukhara Emirate was conquered by Soviet troops during the bombing of Bukhara. In this article we will analyze the process of the liquidation of the Bukhara Emirate in 1917-1920. The article uses a non-standard approach to the events in Bukhara, filled with the views of modern historians, memories of those events given in open sources in existing archives, and other information.
