The article discusses the economic policies aimed at dealing with administrative and command methods rather than economic methods by the Soviet authorities for the loss of private ownership, promotion of social and state property in all spheres of economic life, ultra-centralized management of the national economy, at the same time, have aggravated the social situation.The Soviet government's policies had a negative impact on the general population.
