The article analyzes the processes of labor migration on the basis of the inter-parliamentary approach. The chronological circle of the article covers the years of independence, highlighting the problems of labor migration. It was analyzed within the framework of problems related to such serious issues as rights, lifestyle, remittances, social protection and decent work of Uzbek labor migrants engaged in labor activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
