Sources of nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium and ammonium ecotoxicants in the republic are various productions of JSC "Samarqandkime", which produces a wide variety of ammonium and nitrate nitrate. The sources of formation of nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium and ammonium toxicants are phosphate production in Uzbekistan: production of superphosphates, hexachlorobutadiene, tri- and tetrachloroethylene, etc. In the industrial zone of the city there are enterprises of the petrochemical complex, JSC "Samarqandkime", one of the largest enterprises in Uzbekistan for the production of nitrogen and phosphorus-containing fertilizers of the 2,4-D group, which are among the most effective and widely used, and is the main supplier of nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium and ammonium xenobiotics. The production of nitrogen-phosphorus nitrate is accompanied by the formation of dioxins, recognized by many researchers as global superecotoxicants with a wide range of biological effects in exceptionally low doses on all living organisms. Dioxins are stable in the environment due to accumulation, have a wide possibility of ingestion and are therefore extremely dangerous for humans. Currently, 101 workers of the production of ammonium nitrate and nitrate nitrate (ammophos, nitrophos) belonging to JSC "Samarqandkime" have been examined. The age of workers in production ranged from 20 to 55 years, of which men - 53 people, women - 48, work experience in these industries ranged from 1 to 35 years. As a control group, a production group of 100 people who applied for dental care at the Samarkand Regional Dental Clinic, identical in age and gender with the main group, but who had no professional contact with harmful substances, including nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium and ammonium compounds, was examined.
