This study examines the role of the e-Stat 3.0 automated information system in the effective managementof statistical reports in small business and private entrepreneurship. Although digital transformation has improvedthe processes of data collection and processing, problems remain in terms of economic efficiency, data accuracy, anduser integration into the system. The study used qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to assess the impactof automation on saving time, reducing costs, and increasing data reliability. The results show that digital reportingreduces the administrative burden, increases the accuracy of statistical data, and makes management processesmore efficient. However, barriers remain in terms of information security, infrastructure, and awareness. The results ofthe study provide an important scientific basis for developing the digital economy, improving strategies for digitizingsmall businesses, and improving public policy. serves as.
