Ushbu maqolada Qashqadaryo viloyatida ishsizlik darajasini aniqlashning ilmiy-uslubiy asoslari, 2024–2025-yillardagi statistik ko’rsatkichlari va zamonaviy baholash usullari kompleks tarzda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot O’zbekiston Statistika agentligining mehnat bozori bo’yicha oylik va choraklik ma’lumotlari (2019–2025), O’zbekiston Respublikasi Bandlik va mehnat munosabatlari vazirligi hisobotlari, Xalqaro mehnat tashkiloti (XMT/ILO) metodologiyasi, viloyat bandlik departamentining 2024–2025-yillar monitoring natijalari, shuningdek, 1240 nafarni qamrab olgan so’rovnoma tadqiqoti (2024-yil, III chorak) asosida amalga oshirildi. Tahlil natijalari shuni ko’rsatadiki, viloyatda rasmiy ishsizlik darajasi 2025-yil I choragida 8,6 foizni tashkil etib, ijobiy dinamika saqlanmoqda. Biroq yashirin ishsizlik va to’liq bo’lmagan bandlikni hisobga oluvchi kengaytirilgan LU4 ko’rsatkichi 20,3–22,8 foiz darajasida qolmoqda. Yoshlar ishsizligi (15–29 yosh guruhi) 19,7 foiz bilan tarkibiy muammo sifatida ajralib turibdi. Maqolada tuman bo’yicha klaster tahlili, sezonlik o’zgarishlar, mehnat migratsiyasi korrelyatsiyasi va raqamli iqtisodiyotning bandlikka ta’siri kabi yangi jihatlarga alohida e’tibor qaratiladi.
