One of the most difficult issues in the activities of non-governmental non-profit organizations is their interaction with government agencies. This is primarily a process based on the independence of NGOs and the principle of non-interference of state bodies in their activities. However, it should be noted that two main models of regulating the relationship between NGOs and government agencies have been formed.
