The article contains views on the concept of a model in pedagogy, the structure of a model for the development of pedagogical competence of an Arabic teacher, containing a block aimed at the content, operation, evaluation of effectiveness, as well as the components of each block, including a block aimed at the development of methods, tools, forms of development; the use of modern and effective teaching methods, including highlighted blocks containing the principles of reliance on the pedagogy of cooperation.
