In this article, the issues mentioned in the work “al-Hidaya” regarding the Mudarabah agreement are described. This work revealed the important aspects of the information for the society given in the book. It compares the opinions of Islamic jurist scholars about the disputed cases. On the basis of the discussion, have been formed the important conclusions for today's entrepreneurship activity.
