This article analyzes the current state of the green economy concept in Uzbekistan, its growth indicators, andmechanisms aimed at increasing these indicators. In the development of a green economy, environmental sustainability,rational use of resources, increasing energy efficiency, and the introduction of environmentally friendly technologies areof great importance. The article also develops strategic directions based on international experience and proposals thatare appropriate for the conditions of Uzbekistan. The proposed mechanisms are aimed at ensuring a balance betweeneconomic growth and environmental safety.
