This article is devoted to the analysis of the spread and the scientific activities and the role of Islam in the social-religious life of Mawerannahr and two basic cities of Central Mawarannahr – Bukhara and Samarqand in II-VII/VIII-XIII centuries. The article is devoted to the definition of the various kinds and groups of sources for the study of environment theologians and the establishment of a degree of their reliability.
