Wrestling is a safe and simple type of martial art as it prohibits any painful, punching and suffocation techniques, battle under the belt. Still, the battles are very dynamic and look great. The struggle embodied centuries of philosophy and values such as respect for the opponent and humanity, honesty and the ability. This martial art is one of the youngest international sports and is gaining popularity all over the world. According to the rules established in wrestling, the two athletes battle one by one. The art of wrestling has been known in many nations since ancient times. Widespread, especially in Greece, it has been a regular feature of the ancient Olympics.
