Annotatsiya

The article analyzes the risks associated with mortgage loans of banks, the negative impact of the price bubblecaused by the artificial increase in housing prices, and the issues of forming the necessary long-term resource source formortgages. The increase in the volume of mortgage lending practices in commercial banks has both positive and negativeaspects. In this article, according to the research materials and methods, the researches of a number of domesticand foreign economists on the topic are studied. This article discusses the improvement of mortgage lending practices ofcommercial banks and the minimization of related risks.
