This article describes the problems of internal audit reporting. The introduction of an internal control systemallows sanatorium-health institutions to survive in competitive conditions. Different aspects of external and internal auditreports are reflected and the focus is on improving the internal audit service report. A proposal has been made for thestructural structure of the internal audit report.
