В условиях сильной конкуренции целесобразно разработать пути реализации стратегии достиженияцелевого конкурентного положения при обосновании основных направлений стратегии развития нефтегазовыхпредприятий. Совершенствование механизмов стратегического управления инновационными процессами в мо-нополистических секторах и дальнейшее улучшение конкурентной среды, повышение эффективности управле-ния нефтегазовыми предприятиями, сокращение государственного участия в экономике является одним из прио-ритетных направлений.
