This article examines the role and importance of enhancing investment attractiveness in strengthening the financial capacity of joint-stock companies. The study explores the criteria for investment attractiveness, methods to improve it, and measures necessary to ensure the financial stability of joint-stock companies. Recommendations for local companies are developed based on international practices.
