This article examines the theoretical aspects of educational modernization and management of innovative assessment of quality education, as well as offers a modern interpretation of the term «evaluation». The whole range of processes and results of evaluative, analytical and predictive activities for the systematic study of the value and positivity of educational influences that provide the basis for making informed management decisions to improve the quality of education is considered.
