Soviet power, built on the basis of the socialist system, created a unique system of struggle in the society of the twentieth century. The relationship of the dictatorship of the proletariat, the weapon of the new regime, to the old regime led to the violent Introduction of the socialist theory of revolution based on opposition. This theory is broken down into sectors in which the socialist agricultural production system has a special place. At the same time, the Soviet government, from its creation until its collapse, was an obstacle to progress, which literally corresponded to the definition of utopia. The basis of this work is the analysis of the conditions that make up the legal framework of the theory, legislative initiatives, from topic to implementation.
