In this article, the development of Science and technology, trade, cultural and domestic relations, even war and invasions, the influence of languages on each other, the interplay of languages causes the phenomena of language transmission and bilingualism, bilingualism allows to overcome national barriers, provide simultaneous speech communication between all members of a multilingual society, information about the study of the concept of bilingualism by scientists, the development, also listed are socio-cultural and psychological characteristics of second language acquisition in children of small school age.
