This article highlights and analyzes the problems in the process of educating the personal composition of National Guard units. National Guard units play an important role as one of the main agitations in ensuring public safety and increasing militancy. The article shows the basic skills to learn the problems, tips, and practical solutions that arise when nurturing personal content. This article aims to improve efficiency in maintaining public order and ensuring public safety in the education of personal content.
