The article discusses such issues as the mechanism of innovative principles and values in the spiritual sphere, the widespread use of the achievements of world science and innovations in the formation of the modern image of the new Uzbekistan. Opinions were expressed about strengthening public control over the formation of a new spiritual image in society, legislation in the Oliy Majlis, an effective system for further improving the management mechanism in the executive branch.
