In the modern concept of education, a teacher is not only a profession, but its essence lies in the transfer of knowledge, but also in the creation of personality, and based on the concept that the high mission of establishing personality in a person, the goal of the System of higher professional pedagogical education is designed to create a new type of personality -oriented teacher providing continuous general and professional development. The teaching profession is one of the oldest professions. Its appearance has an objective basis. If all the social experience accumulated by previous generations is not passed on to the younger generation, society will not be able to develop.
