The article presents the results of a study of the syndrome of emotional exhaustion of teachers in the education system. The main components of this syndrome are feelings of emotional and physical exhaustion caused by emotional overload. The study of the syndrome of emotional exhaustion of teachers was carried out according to the method of V.V.Boyko «Diagnostics of the level of emotional exhaustion».
