In the article, an important component of the material culture of the Uzbek people - headdress, in particular, the specific aspects of the tubetei, is studied from a scientific point of view in an ethnographic aspect. The types of Andijan, Namangan, Margilon and Chust tubeteys of the Fergana Valley are compared with Boysun, Shahrisibz, Samarkand, Tashkent, Bukhara samples.
