In this article, the social orientation of individual education in the formation of the personality of a modern student, its component, technological factors oriented to the individual, the compatibility of the combination of the pedagogical approach that ensures the harmony of goals and content, and the fact that the individual approach has an important pedagogical value in all stages of the educational process are analyzed.
