В данном исследовании рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования системы подготовки квалифицированных педагогических кадров в области физической культуры и спорта в нашей республике, развития дидактического мастерства учителей физической культуры. Анализ показывает, что в современной системе образования на учителей физической культуры возлагается больше ответственности, чем раньше. Сначала он занимался физкультурой детей, обучал студентов физическим упражнениям, сегодня его обязанности расширились и он является не только учителем, но и педагогом, который обеспечивает современными методами обучения студентов, а также должен пропагандировать здоровый образ жизни среди населения. В статье рассматриваются вопросы подготовки квалифицированных кадров в сфере физической культуры и спорта, развития дидактических (воспитательных) навыков учителей физической культуры за счет эффективного использования методов физического воспитания, пропаганды здорового образа жизни среди населения.
