Айни пайтда, жаҳонда спортчилар ва уларнинг мураббийларини ҳар томонлама психологик тайёргарлигини ошириш, ёшларни спортга жалб этиш, ўртасидаги психологик уйғунликни ривожлантириш, спортчиларни психологик тайёргарлигини оширишда қўлланиладиган восита ва услубларни амалиётга татбиқ этиш, орқали мамлакатимизда жисмоний тарбия тизимига дахлдор усуллар орқали илмий асосда қўллай олиш масаласи долзарблашиб бормоқда.
