Annotatsiya

In this article, female high jumpers at the initial stage of training should pay sufficient attention to the characteristics of the body, physical fitness and physical development of high jumpers in the process of training, some problems and cases of early exit from sports activities of athletes. during the transition to the stage of in-depth specialization, and research on the normalization of training loads. Opinions and considerations on the development of optimal proportions of training loads are given.
