In article questions connected with the theory of proofs in disclosing and investigation of crimes against a public order by means of studying of theoretical aspects criminalistics knowledge of the evidentiary information which serves optimisation of algorithm of actions of the inspector, the investigator and officials carrying out pre-investigation inspection check directed on improvement of quality of detection, reception, fixing, studying and check of proofs specifying in fault in fulfilment of the given kind of crimes are considered.
